When growers and/or shipping companies pursued payment through email and/or phone and text messages, CAPELLAN, DIAZ, and GUILIANO ceased all communication. After a certain amount of time and claims made against a certain company name, CAPELLAN, DIAZ, and GUILIANO would “close” that company and open a new company under a new and “clean” name.
